We’ve been to Daytona hundreds of times, and we’re so happy to have found our new favorite spot! We won’t be staying anywhere else from here on out. It’s perfect location to everything, and at such a reasonable price! The rooms were clean, you can’t hear your neighbors through the walls, the staff always greeted you with a happy smile and were always kind and helpful. The lobby’s are always clean and not wet. The elevators were the same, and you never have to wait on an elevator. There’s always plenty of parking. They have everything you need! Also a bonus a Starbucks right down stairs! The lazy river was my favorite spot, and my children 10 and 2 years old, loved the kids area! And everywhere you looked was a beautiful view!

Stayed here for 4 nights in August through a friend’s timeshare, so only speaking to that side. I’m not sure if this is a hotel or primarily timeshares, but the rooms definitely feel dated. Furniture works fine, but everything could use a renovation. It’s functional, not modern. The big draw is the pool area. There are 2 pools plus a lazy river, a bar, and plenty of space. That said, chairs fill up early with people reserving them, and while staff tries to control it, it doesn’t always work. Lots of kids around, expected since it’s a family resort, but if you’re looking for quiet, this may not be for you. Beachfront access is excellent and the water/beach were terrific. Location is central, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Parking requires a pass and the spaces are very tight. In-room, the shower was phenomenal, strong pressure and hot water, which you don’t see in many newer builds anymore. The room was well equipped (washer/dryer, iron, etc.), which was convenient. The TV was frustrating to use, but the view from the 15th floor was amazing. Overall, it’s a solid family-friendly resort with great pools and a prime beachfront location, but the dated rooms and some annoyances (age, parking, chair saving, noise) keep it from being a top-tier experience.

The location of the room is good! The room itself… well it needs a lot of TLC. We booked this room about a month ago maybe a little longer. But it said 3 bedrooms when we got here it’s one room with 2 beds crammed in it. One pull out sofa that is hard. There’s 5 of us and only one bathroom. We ask could we get moved to another room maybe with a little bit more room. Also another bathroom. Getting 5 people ready in a one bedroom one bath place is rough. The owner stated they didn’t have no more units available. I also ask about refund and we could go elsewhere. With no response for the last few text I’ve sent. A lot of money spent on a room to be very disappointed
