Not a big fan of all inclusive hotels but this was amazing no waiting for food , drinks , deck chairs , sunlodgers and no rushing. Was ample bars X4 , loads of high quality foods to suit all tastes. Staff on top bar always smiling definitely more than the other bars 🍻 so where obviously our favourites so tipped them as much as I could as they were helpful without looking for a tip . The hotel manageress was a lovely approachable lady with a lovely calm manner and very factual about local amenities . I would definitely come here again, thank you for such a lovely service and restful holiday.Russ
Honest Review for Future Guests and Management The hotel is not located in a walkable area — you will definitely need transportation to reach the city center. Although it is rated as a 5-star hotel, it does not fully meet the standards expected of a true five-star experience it deserves a 3 stars honestly On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, and the view is beautiful. We were kindly upgraded upon arrival to a sea-view room, which we truly appreciated. However, the experience during weekends was less enjoyable. The pool gets very crowded, as the hotel allows external visitors to pay for access to the pool and beach without booking a room. This makes it difficult for hotel guests to find sunbeds, often requiring a long wait. The pool area is also full of children, even though there is a separate kids’ pool — which is rarely used. There are two restaurants: one by the sea and another near the pool. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at both. On a Saturday, the staff was clearly overwhelmed and unable to manage the large number of guests. We waited over 40 minutes at each restaurant, and no one came to take our order or clean the table . We even tried to order directly at the cashier, but were refused, and we eventually left without eating. We also noticed that some restaurant staff seemed to prioritize certain guests over others, which was disappointing and unprofessional. In addition, the basic room amenities were incomplete — items like slippers, shower caps, and other standard toiletries were missing. For a 5-star hotel, we expected better attention to detail. Parking was another issue — on the weekend, it was very difficult to find a parking space inside the hotel due to the high number of non-resident visitors. Unfortunately, hospitality at this hotel is at its lowest level. Staff training, attentiveness, and guest care need serious improvement to meet even basic expectations — especially for a hotel claiming five stars. Suggestions: – Increase the number of staff during weekends to better handle the crowd. – Give clear priority to hotel guests in both the pool area and restaurants. – Ensure all rooms are equipped with complete amenities. – Manage parking better by reserving spots for residents the guest experience suffers especially on busy days. Staff are nice and kind in the reception but there is a lack of training take it serious so you can improve the guests experience…
The staff are very nice and try their best to satisfy guests. Unfortunately, the hotel overall not even 3 star. The worse stay we've ever had. Two junior suits.!!! Rooms and bathroom very dirty. The air conditions do not work!!! They claim they don't operate the air conditions until mid June!!!! My sons could not sleep and they even had to sleep in the balcony of their room!!! We couldn't open the windows due to insects. It is sad to see such a place poorly taking care off!!! We cut our stay and left one day before schedule!!! I wish for Tunis the best and hope they pay good attention to the quality of tourism services to be attractive to visitors. May ALLAH save Tunis.
