We are in the flow kitchen most nights. The food is amazing and have just returned from an 80s themed evening. It was great the staff were dressed up and the restaurant was to with 80s music in the background. Even had 80s type cocktails on offer to. The food is always fresh and very tasty hence our return most nights. More themed evenings like this would be great. This hotel is just amazing. My third time here the only down fall in no all inclusive which is a shame. Rooms are very spacious and clean and all staff work very hard. I have always had a great experience when visiting from check in to check out. I thank you again for all that you do.

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Perfection in Every Detail From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The service was flawless – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. Every member of the staff, from concierge to housekeeping, radiated professionalism and pride in their work. The location is ideal – close enough to all the main attractions, yet tucked away just enough to feel like a tranquil escape. Waking up to those views each morning felt like something out of a dream. The food was another highlight. Every meal was a culinary experience, from the lavish breakfast buffet to the fine dining options in the evening. Ingredients were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Room service was quick and high-quality too. The pools were stunning – sparkling clean, well-designed, and never overcrowded. Whether you wanted to relax on a lounger with a cocktail or take a refreshing swim, it was absolute bliss. This hotel gets every detail right. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return.

City facing view on third floor with ‘Lounge/club’ access on level 9. Overall, an enjoyable stay, but unlikely to return. Staff were very friendly and welcoming especially in the lounge during the evening drinks service. However, service in the lounge during the day was not as good. I have pointed this out to their staff who were most apologetic and appreciative of the feedback. In comparison to The Ritz Carlton (Dubai Marina), the Fairmont falls short. The Lounge/club level felt several notches higher at the Ritz Carlton (similar price band). Room cleaning was also much better at the Ritz Carlton. Where Fairmont stood out was the food. The quality was excellent in all restaurants especially the ‘Flow Kitchen’- buffet. In this area, Fairmont was definitely better.
