What a stunning place—just wow! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the long stretch of white sand beach is unbeatable. They’ve got great cocktail promos too (buy one, take one at certain times), which is a nice bonus. That said, the food took forever to arrive and was honestly underwhelming. But with scenery this beautiful, you almost forget you're hungry—almost. Come for the view, sip a cocktail, and soak in the paradise. Just don’t come in starving.
When we arrived we were a bit tired and overheated and were offered an air condition room to wait in until our room was ready. I also had an injury that happened a couple days prior to our arrival at Oceanica so once we were settled in our room we requested some ice. The medic, Joel, brought us a bag of ice and inquired on my injury and offered to assist in changing my bandages for me while we were there. He even came down and found us at the beach the next day to check on me. The views are beautiful. There is a sectioned off area that is only for hotel guests (not day pass) that has swings and hammocks to relax in. The food was also very good. We utilized the laundry service and had our clean, fresh smelling laundry back within 24 hours. Our rooms were clean and just as pictured on their website. We enjoyed watching the live music in the evening while we ate dinner and had cocktails. We also enjoyed the halo halo while sitting by the pool. The service was excellent and we had a nice stay.
My boyfriend and I had the day pass at Oceanica resorts, Panglao and the atmosphere and vibe was amazing from the minute we walked in. We were greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The beach is stunning and the seating area in front of the beach is cute and comfortable. The restaurant at the resort was incredibly delicious and the staff were very kind and patient. The best part was the spa. The signature massage is fantastic. You can get a massage right in front of the beach and it’s very calming. I’m sure the masseuse had magic hands! I would definitely recommend this for a relaxed and chill day.
