We stayed at this hotel for a week, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from each day. The rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained. What really stood out, though, was the staff, every single person we interacted with was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made a great stay even better. Highly recommended! Maria and Diana (UK).

Stayed here for 5 nights. Hot snacks on like fresh pizza which was lovely. Themed buffet nights so you don't get bored of the food. Multiple cocktails on all inclusive menu. They have branded Pepsi. We had a late flight and they had shower rooms so we could still enjoy the last day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite close to everywhere, old town, Faliraki etc. Would recommend.

The hotel is nice and offers plenty of activities. However, one major downside for us was our first room, which was extremely noisy late into the night – drunk guests were loudly talking on the phone right below our balcony. We asked to change rooms, but it took two days before they finally moved us to a room in the back part of the hotel, which was absolutely great. That said, we had some complaints about the cleaning. Each day, the bed was just roughly made and the bins emptied – nothing more. Mirrors were dirty the entire week, just like on the day we moved in. Toilet paper wasn’t restocked – in fact, the cleaners even took away a roll when there were two, leaving us with barely anything, and we had to go find some ourselves in the hallways. The food was good, and there were different themed dinners every night, which we appreciated. Breakfasts were also nice. For lunch, we usually went to the grill bar or the pizza stand near the pool by reception – the pizza was always fresh and tasty. The gyros at the grill bar was also good, but the lady working there was very unpleasant and constantly lectured guests about something, which I’m sure no one enjoyed. A major issue was a cockroach we saw in the hotel hallway. We reported it to reception, and while they immediately called someone to deal with it, the cockroach was still there the next morning – a huge minus for us. A big shoutout to Rio, the amazing entertainer – always in a good mood and really fun! Also, a lovely lady at the reception from the Czech Republic helped us with the room change, which was a nice surprise. She was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, three of us had serious stomach issues after eating at the hotel, and one even had to go to the hospital for an IV drip. She couldn’t enjoy the last three days of the holiday at all. The beach is about 500 meters from the hotel and has paid sunbeds. Overall, the hotel looks beautiful in photos – and to be fair, the surroundings are indeed lovely, and the hotel exterior is very nice. There are three outdoor pools, but the main one is extremely crowded. Dinner time is hectic – it’s hard to move around, and you often have to wait in long lines to get food, which gets frustrating. All in all, we give this hotel 3 stars due to the poor cleaning, overcrowding, the rude lady at the grill bar, and the stomach issues that ruined part of our vacation.
