We had such a great time. For the pool party a variety of music would have been awesome. Some members of the staff weren’t nice. We celebrated our friend’s bachelorette party and it was amazing! Thanks
I arrived a day early and needed a cheep night close to the Luna where I was staying for a week. The hotel was packed and loud. I was the only foreigner which was different for me. The people were very loud all night and I didn’t sleep well. I got up early to use the gym but it didn’t open until 7:00. The a/c didn’t work so it was hot. Lots of equipment but not much room so difficult to exercise. My room key needed to be reprogrammed 3 times. Being on the 7 floor and with how many people it was lots of time to go up and down. In the morning, breakfast included was packed, 20 minute wait to sit. Buffet was ok, had much better. Overall I don’t recommend unless price is your only concern.
Do not recommend at all. Very outdated, on our last day here it rained and the drainage system was faulty which resulted in waking up to an inch of water in our room. Told the front desk at checkout and they didn’t even apologize or try to make things right. Just by looking at how this establishment was operated it made me not want to try any of the food, which I didn’t. Will not be coming back
