Ocean's Creek

We spent a weekend at Ocean Creek with my family for a school reunion. The rooms were well designed n kids loved the bunk beds. They had lots of activities like wall climbing n the water rides that you don't find in other places. Since it's winter the heated jacuzzi was awesome. They were very accommodating to our party of 53. Special to Muslims, they are halal certified n provide curtained sun lounges. One improvement point would be to get rid of the stray dogs. Wishing them lots of success.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Overall, I think the hotel has good potential but it’s way too small. It doesn’t have a beach, lacks amenities in the rooms, has only 2 small swimming pools and very few activities. The common areas are also too small and close to the rooms thus, we could hear all the noises and loud music till midnight. However they still have great rooms, the staffs are friendly and the dinner buffets are amazing, not the breakfast buffets though. We were impressed by the dinner on the 14th of July 2025 commemorating the french revolution.

Cons: -Poor services -No welcoming cocktails -Luggage takes more than one hour to bring in the room - Some staffs were very unfriendly and lack of politeness -I was refused to get my towel pool changed once as the staff claimed that there are new check ins and that she needs to keep them for the new arrivals when there was no one waiting for the towels. To mention that The staff came with a trolley with full of freshly washed towels. I also had to wait a lot to get fresh towels at the pool as there was barely someone at the kiosk to assist -Restaurant service is bad and lack variety of food and quality of food is also bad Cons: Nice atmosphere and quite some interesting activities The room is also nice although i had a few ants in the room Some staffs were also kind and helpful
