We stayed here for a family vacation the last week of July. Would highly recommend the hotel and hope to come back. Pros: * Location, location, location - It is really close to Sacre Coeur, and the plaza with great shops and restaurants. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Metro. Just be prepared for all the steps around the area and know that you are on a hill, so there are some good inclines. * Rooms - Rooms are nice sized and recently built. ACs are good and has elevator. * Staff - They go above and beyond and make the stay great! * Proactive Management - As you can tell here, they do aim to please. There were complaints about a "towel fee" and they provided us with extra towels ahead of time. Considerations: * Just be prepared, there is a special $67 tax that you need to pay right away, even if you have booked through a travel site. * Breakfast - Some debate, since we went with kids, and bought it prior to the stay, it was worth it. Nothing too fancy, but is convenient. If you have time, then you can go to the nearby boulangeries (bakeries) or get some items from the market. * If coming from Charles De Gaulle, then please consider the official taxi. It is 56 Euros (fixed) and the taxi drivers are so knowledgeable. You can take the Metro, but remember, you need to climb stairs. * Always follow the hotel rules, make sure that you leave the kitchen clean (otherwise it is a fee).
The hotel is very modern and is located perfectly, without a lot of noise from the busy city. The rooms are spacious, with a nice bathroom with a tub. It is unfortunate that the rooms are not cleaned daily and that you only receive one towel per person. If you need more, you will need to pay for it. The breakfast service is great, but very expensive. The staff is very friendly.
Hi, I stayed for two weeks. The hotel is very clean and the buffet breakfast wonderful. Unfortunately none of the staff except for Guillaume made any effort to engage with me nor make any suggestions and not showing me how to turn on my electricity until I complained. The staff except for Guillaume and a young female staff make any effort to ask how I am doing or ask if I am enjoying my trip. Not sure why they are working for a hotel if they are at the front desk and just say bonjour. The breakfast staff however were very nice and competent. Thank you
