Oddfellows Chester Hotel & Apartments

We hired the meeting room for the day, so I can't really comment on the hotel rooms however the hotel interior was lovely and the meeting room was very adequate and the hotel was very well located. The staff were very attentive and were always on hand for refreshments. The superb bacon bap in the morning was very welcome. We definitely will be booking again.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say how truly incredible our time at Oddfellows Chester was. The venue itself is stunning, it’s a beautiful design concept that I haven’t seen for a long time. Every detail feels so thoughtful and unique. But what really made it unforgettable was your amazing team. Izzy, Doug, Rebecca, Nathan, Charlie, Joe and Millie were all fantastic: so warm, welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. It made the whole experience feel effortless and completely memorable. You and your team are all absolutely commendable and a true reflection of customer service excellence. It’s rare to visit somewhere where you feel so looked after and where the space itself is as inspiring as the people who create it. If every hospitality venue was like this, the world would be a much happier place!

Didn't stay in the hotel, I just attended a baby shower event, in their outdoor seating area, the Secret Garden. Staff were attentive without being in your face, and helpful and polite at all times. The decor is probably best described as whimsical, but the quirkiness doesn't overpower the basics of good service, good food, and comfort. The event was a private do, with Oddfellows doing the catering. The food selection was fantastic, with good vegetarian options too. Recommended.
