We were nervous before going due to some of the reviews, but Odelia Resort Hotel turned out to be a lovely, budget-friendly spot for a family holiday! Staff were so friendly and amazing with our 3 young kids – they especially loved the mini disco and pools. Rooms were spacious with stunning views, and there were always sun loungers available. A few downsides: lifts are small and slow at busy times, food was a bit repetitive, and it’s not ideal for walking with kids due to the hill. Also, allergy info wasn’t clearly labelled at meal times. But overall, we had a really great time and would definitely recommend it for a relaxed family getaway!
Don’t even know where to start. From not cleaned rooms, sticky floors, dirty tables, through unhelpful staff, tiny elevators. During our stay pool was just closed overnight twice without any cleaning after someone threw up in, monotonous food, raw grilled chicken. Buffet with absolute no choice, dry pasta, same meatballs for 4 days on lunch as well as for dinner. Pita buffet was amazing, not bad choice of drinks but there is only one bar in lobby so queuing up quickly. Beach is full of stones without bar, shuttle service to beach very limited. One of the worst places I ever stayed in. Literally couldn’t wait to check out.
Came for a week. There is absolutely no chance this hotel is 5 star. Food is disgusting and its the same every meal. Never had fresh sheets all week. Put please clean our room on the door, house keeping came in empty bin and ashtray that was it. We was told when booking kids get unlimited ice creams but they only serving them from 3pm till 5pm daily. The older male members of staff look you up and down makes you feel really uncomfortable all the male staff asking for your WhatsApp constantly. There's only 2 lifts for 160 room and they were both broken and my mother who is disabled had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Nearly finished her off. Air con doesn't work in half the rooms. No air con throughout the hotel either. I'll be making a big fat complaint when I get home.
