Just completed a week stay at a great Hotel! Service was top notch, especially thanks to Megan at the front desk for treating us with kindness everyday and helping us with anything we asked! And our maid Arielle was incredible! She kept our room clean and gave me great recommendations for the kids! Will stay here again! Our one curiosity is the toliets. They seem to clog easily, oh and the A/C was finicky and sometimes didn't work, but they did move us to another room, so lovely!

Our experience staying at the Odessa Marriott was outstanding! The staff was incredibly pleasant and hospitable, especially Lacey and Megan and others working the front desk. The architecture and landscape architecture was exceptionally beautiful - standing out as an oasis within the Odessa desert. The rooms were very comfortable, and the restaurant/bar top notch! We highly recommend this place!

very luxury hotel but I don't like how it's made very confusing. The main entrance is confusing because it's the entrance to the ballroom our party hall they have in this hotel on a good street and on the side is the main entrance to the hotel. first off, the staff is very rude. The bartenders were extremely rude & rushing to order drinks when there was only 2 other people sitting ag the bar. Sadly, the staff here will treat you how they see you. They only wanna give good service to the people that look like they have money or something and it is crazy because as a customer service employee the ones that dress like that are the ones that don't even tip and the ones that are not dress fancy are the great tippers. then to top it off, they gave me a room that had no AC. It was extremely hot. I turned on the AC. I put it to 69 and I never turned on. I left to go run some errands and when I came back, it was still extremely hot. I had a lot of stuff so I didn't want to say anything yet because I didn't want them to switch me rooms and having to move all my stuff at the end of 11 PM. I had to let them know that it was very very hot. They came to fix it but they shouldn't haven't gave me that room in the first place. I'm very disappointed with this Marriott hotel. Paid way too much for one night and to receive bad service and room with no AC. And also, the pool was full, and some guests were allowing other friends or family members to go in through the side door and this was unacceptable
