Odyssee Park Hotel

With the right management this place can be MUCH better and get higher ratings, As many have said either here or on booking dot com: 'The cleanliness staff doesn't care about your privacy. They will open the door and come inside directly without knocking' I totally agree with this and I still don't understand why they have to do it 2-3 times a day, i dont think I've seen anything like this before.. 3 times a day? It's a bit exaggerated! I've placed the no disturb sign on the door yet one of the maids entered the room without knocking.. AGAIN while I'm in the room!! Anyways.. the location of the hotel is really good but then the location of your room in the hotel might be crucial, luckily for me my room was far from the night club next door so I didn't hear much noise, the music sounded very soft from my side of the hotel, once I closed the window I didn't hear anything, i slept very well in the room, clean room, comfy bed, AC working okay and the shower was good enough.. The breakfast was good, and the service there was okay.. but then for whatever reason the service by the pool wasn't that good..they can do better especially if they want ppl to be buying drinks by the poolside, the pool was nice and clean but I wished if it was larger, usually four stars hotels have larger pools but well this hotel's pool was nice enough and refreshing on the two hot days I was there.. The receptionist was polite, cool effective and professional! It seems like 75% of the staff here are doing an excellent job while there's a small number that r far from the same level.. The prices of this particular hotel on the booking app seem to be a bit weird sometimes, idk if it's the hotel or the app that keeps playing with the prices..

we stayed in February 2025, the place is a little bit faulty towers, we had two rooms, bathroom doors don’t have lockers, there were no shower curtains over the bath tubs Stairs were being re-carpeted whilst everyone was walking up and down them. part of the hotel is above / next to a night club which is mega loud until very late at night. food spread is ok-ish, staff were ok to, location is fabulous, side / back entrance puts two mins from the beach. Three stars for this visit.

I'll start with what was good... the location and the pool!! Unfortunately, however, the staff are rude, the rooms are awful, the air conditioning did not work and we were right above a night club. In fact when standing in the bathroom we may as well have gone to the nightclub the music was that loud. We asked to move rooms but was always told to 'come back later'. The food was average. The selection wasn't brilliant. Do NOT book this hotel. The pictures are misleading!!!
