Odysseia Hotel Kapetanios

Been to this hotel in New Year 2024, had an amazing stay, great breakfast, excellent location, parking is available and the staff are amazing. Writing the review this late, because I booked again this summer, a non refundable booking, but due to air space closure, I was not able to travel, it took the hotel 4 minutes to cancel my registration for free. Thank you for the great stay we had and the treatment when we were not able to come, hopefully will book again soon! Visited the hotel again in July 2025, luckily we got into the renovated floors, looks new and Excellent service as usual

Rooms are renovated and clean. The view is not great though as it's surrounded by a society. Near the beach and the breakfast is good! Kids friendly pools and staffs are friendly. Highly recommend for family and friends!

Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid this hotel We had a truly disturbing stay at this hotel. First of all, we were given the wrong key card twice – which shockingly gave us access to another guest’s room. This is not only unprofessional but a serious security concern. When we asked at the front desk why this kept happening, the receptionist accused us of exchanging cards with other guests, which made absolutely no sense – it was only our second day, and we hadn't spoken to anyone else. Instead of offering an apology or a proper explanation, she blamed us and was completely dismissive. What made the whole situation worse was the incredibly rude attitude of the staff. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior at a hotel. One receptionist actually walked away mid-conversation and said, “Whatever.” Despite our efforts to remain polite, we were treated with complete disrespect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value safety and basic courtesy, stay elsewhere.
