The hotel is located on a hill and has wonderful views of the nearby countryside. The weather wasn't warm enough for us to use the outside pool but it looked lovely! The check in was quick and we were given a tour of the hotel by a very friendly gentleman who also helped with our luggage. The room was nice and bright, good toiletries and a great shower. Smart TV a bonus and we had a view of the forest which was nice and calming. We booked the Spa weekend package which included a discount for the treatments. The main indoor pool is spectacular and the sauna area is fab. The salt pool was our favourite. We had dinner included as a part of our package. The first night was a hit and miss. It started well but then soon the waiter forgot about us and never checked in to see if we wanted more drinks and the main course was luke warm. The breakfast buffet is really good but there were also a couple of issues with the staff. Nobody told us we can't sit at some tables and then came to tell us we can't sit there when we're already half way through our breakfast, not very professional. Also, nobody told us you can order something extra from the kitchen but we saw other people getting things delivered. The food itself was delicious. Our treatments in the spa were fantastic and the staff are exceptional. The dinner on the second night was much better with more attention and warm food. The live band were also great. Overall we had a lovely stay but feel like the restaurant staff need a bit of extra training.
Beautiful exclusive hotel, very good food, amazing saunas and a floating salty water pool that I would call Meditation pool :) . We will definitely come back. Thanks!
Nice and modern spa hotel close to the city, but away from the noise of the city. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The service of the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel has an excellent restaurant whose kitchen serves excellent meals. There is plenty of free parking. The hotel is easy to reach and is also suitable for disabled guests.
