This place is awesome if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, modern styled place to stay. The rooms are decorated in a modern, artistic way. The murals on the walls are so cool 😎!! What really sets this place apart from others, is the person who owns it. During my trip, I had something unexpected happen that affected my plans in a big way. After I informed the owner of the situation, he went into action, and helped me tremendously!! He was so kind and willing to serve me in any way he could. As part of the dilemma I found myself in, I was facing the possibility of having to go without a vital medication, and the owner worked with the health department, miraculously procuring the prescription for me. He went above and beyond!! I will definitely stay here again, if I ever have occasion to return to Rome.

We left Pompeii for Rome And a message was forgotten that I felt very unpleasant about them not working all day I made it clear at the beginning that I wasn't sure when we would arrive and I estimate that around 1400 noon. We arrived at 14:30. The location is good and the room was overall clean. It is disappointing that the soap that is provided mixed with water and that the bathing facilities with a small investment would be excellent. Huge TV and Netflix subscription which is great and very good air conditioning. Overall a positive experience Overall good value for the price

Unfortunately, we are not happy with our stay. Dirty, thin doors. When using the jacuzzi, someone was constantly knocking on the door. The photos on the internet did not reflect reality. There was not even a kettle, coffee, tea. You had to pay first, before viewing. And we also paid an additional 20 euros for checking in at 10 p.m. We do not recommend! Compared to other apartments at this price, it is very poor 😥
