This place is amazing. Very stylish, very clean, the room had all the amenities and the breakfast is very nice and cozy. Yet, they first gave me a wrong room and the ventilation in the room is not good either, you can not open the window so the air becomes very stuffed. The drainage in the sink wasn’t good either. So, definitely not perfect, but the price is very satisfying.
Very good value for money: minimalistic cool hotel, small yet functional rooms, clean. Loved the delicious breakfast that came with proper coffee shop coffee.
A review from two Canadians who don't speak Japanese We stayed in February for 4 nights given the super convenient location to Sendai station and pretty much the rest of the city. The hotel itself is an interesting place in terms of its aesthetics. It seems to frame itself as a hip and modern hotel focusing on an unfinished look?? It was a bit strange to me, but it was still a clean hotel. The room was very small, and I found it to feel very stuffy very quickly. There isn't much air circulation in the room aside from the air conditioner. They supply an air purifier, but over the span of 4 days, it became stuffy by the 2nd day. This made sleeping uncomfortable and difficult. The bathroom was fine but very minimal. It was just a toilet and shower, with no storage racks or shelves despite having the space for it. I was able to communicate with the front desk through english very easily, and still tried my best to communicate with japanese. They offered good amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, PJs, etc., and had a second floor lounge for breakfast at an extra cost. You can also warm up food on the second floor microwave. The room didn't have a kettle, but there was a hot/cold water dispenser just outside the room. Overall, I think the hotel is fine for a night or two. I wouldn't want to stay longer than two nights given the small room and stuffy air. It's clean, and has an impressive Refa hair dryer, and nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The service is great and it was very easy to communicate despite the language barrier.
