We were greeted with fresh juice and dried fruit which was very refreshing at the end of a long trip. All the staff were always friendly and very helpful, and would go out of their way to spend time with us. They would enquire about our experiences and expand our knowledge of the local scene. The manager, David, and the reception staff would go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that our stay was a memorable one. The hotel was beautifully appointed, elegant and stylish. The manager of the Jasmine Restaurant where we ate breakfast would go out of her way to make sure we felt at home. The food was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. The service was second to none. Both the hotel and the restaurant are highly recommended. If we return to Hanoi we would definitely stay there again. George and Christine

There is nothing more to be said — by far the best service I have ever received at any hotel, including the high-end pricey ones. The rooms themselves were quite standard, cleanly and with all the necessary things, but what stood out was the customer service. Not only did they give us direct feedback to any concerns we had, we were consistently greeted with smiles and all the staff seemed genuinely happy to be working there. We were given travel tips for Hanoi, and the drinks given to us at the beginning as well as given the option to order were tasty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in Hanoi, and if I have the opportunity to travel once more will without a doubt choose this hotel again.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in my entire life from start to finish including some of the highest rated and awarded hotels in the world. I cannot praise the quality of service, professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail the staff displayed enough. The hotel itself was extremely clean, organized, and comfortable and this was only exceeded by the 5+ star customer service. They are guaranteed to get all my business in any future stay in Hanoi and I will gladly and highly recommend them to anyone traveling through Hanoi as well. An absolute pleasure to stay with them without question. Keep up the quality of service and standards you've established as they deserve complete respect and satisfaction.
