Terrible Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! My stay at this hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful, making check-in a frustrating ordeal. The room was in horrible condition—the bed was clearly repaired (and poorly at that), making it uncomfortable and creaky. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitos, leaving me with multiple bites and no proper sleep. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, terrible room conditions, and zero effort to make guests feel welcome. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

Worst experience. It's overrated online, but when you personally experience their charges, don't match basic expectation. The lift ceiling is full of build-up, and rooms are just average compared to the price one pays. For every small thing, you have to call either housekeeping or reception. Food is something you should avoid but don't have a choice. You end up spending your hard earned money on below average food. Staff here are not trained to understand your needs, Managers are not around to listen to your grevience. The so-called pool water is blue - thanks to chlorine chemicals - but is indeed full of contamination, urine. If you ask for a water test report, they don't have it. They don't even maintain any record of it. In the pool, there are all kids, adults, young men, and women around. Here, you will see parents undressing kids in the open, and authorities don't bother to intervene. Focus is to sell their branded swim dress, and decent families are seen targeted by their staff. Many families are seen entering pool without proper swimming attire, and authorities are selective in policing families. Food pricing is very expensive, and taste is average, Chinese is what one needs to avoid. Continental food is just for name sake. The taste is horrible. Desserts are not fresh at all - croissants, muffins, Brownie, etc.

The OhBiz as well as LICEC rooms and common areas were full of cockroaches. In my room’s bathroom itself I found 7 cockroaches. The hotel staff booked a private taxi at a price of 400% of what Uber charges and the driver was absolutely unprofessional. Neither did he know how to follow google maps, nor did he know the routes, nor did he have enough fuel to reach the destination, nor had the hotel informed him of the number of luggage we would be carrying despite us telling the hotel at the time of reservation. All in all the property is very poorly managed and absolutely minimalistic. The staff is neither well trained nor well equipped. At OhBiz, neither mine nor my friends’ room phones were working, we were unable to contact the reception. Avoid this property at all costs. Not a good vacation experience.
