Visited may times but I've seen steady decline in quality of service. I encourage more and more people need to speak up. We are paying customers and can't let businesses like this treat us in a sub par way.. especially when you advertise as a "holistic destination". My review is only for Ohbiz, all other amenities and restaurants are fine within the resort.
One of worst service at this hotel, rooms are one of the worst. Not worth the price. Rooms are very old and smell sometimes. Better choose other hotels in leonia
They don’t even deserve 1 star, poor service, smell in the rooms, AC buttons don’t work, and the reception very rude to not change room.
