Amazing breakfast Very big and clean room Loved the bathroom Bus right in the corner to go to the beach Staff very helpful Many restaurant around Vegan/Mexican restaurant at 3min walk Supermarket and 7-11 around the corner Coffee in the room (not the greatest but still coffee) 2 bottles of water a day (and otherwise 7-11 sell it for cheap) I read some comment about people disappointment, so just remember before booking that Cancun is in Mexico. Great location, close to major highways convenient stores and restaurants. No beach access. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Spacious rooms with nice amenities but do not have refridgerators. Breakfast buffet is included but needs a bit more variety. Outdoor pools are well maintained and not very crowded. Overall a good experience.

If you go to this hotel with the position that it is a 3* hotel, not a 4* hotel then you'll be absolutely fine. The hotel is in a fabulous location for Downtown Cancun. Close by to lots of shops and restaurants. Walkable to Parque de las Palapas. The rooms are a decent size and check-in was relatively fast. The bathrooms could definitely do with renovating. The sliding doors don't fully close on the toilet or shower so very easy to get water in the bathroom. The housekeeper was fine and even when they forgot towels, we called reception and they arrived pretty fast. Nobody helps with luggage though and there are steps to enter the building so be mindful of this. The breakfast is pretty average. Not terrible, but not great either. Fruit, cereal, eggs, pastries. Terrible empanadas though. Also, there isn't enough utensils so you have to reuse utensils for different food items which is not great if you have dietary requirements or allergies. What I don't understand about this hotel is that within the rooms, there is a laundry bag with a service sheet. However, upon calling reception twice - they told me they don't offer a laundry service - so why is there a laundry bag and sheet in the room? There is also a restaurant in the hotel called La Cantina but when we asked reception about eating dinner, they said we needed to go outside of the hotel, which again, I don't understand. The pool area is nice and clean and tidy. Get's a lot of shade. The main plus of this hotel is the location, otherwise it is just like any other regular city standard hotel. Nothing special. Not terrible but not really too great either.
