We had a small issue with the shower during our stay, and although the team tried to fix it, it couldn’t be resolved right away. However, the way they handled the situation was outstanding. As an apology, they generously upgraded us from a suite to the penthouse — an incredible gesture that truly made our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to David, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely kind — his support made a real difference in our experience. We also appreciated the early check-in. We arrived in the morning, and even though check-in was officially later in the afternoon, they kindly accommodated us well before 3 PM, which we were very grateful for. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to everything, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. On top of that, the service throughout our stay was excellent. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be returning!

Exceptional Service and Hospitality – 5/5 We stayed at Hotel Ohla Eixample Barcelona and booked a Junior Suite for our visit. Although we encountered a problem with the shower, the staff made every effort to fix it. When it couldn’t be resolved, the manager, David, stepped in with outstanding professionalism. He offered us a complimentary upgrade and arranged a smooth, fast transfer to the penthouse, which was handled efficiently and with care. What truly impressed us was their flexibility—despite arriving early in the morning, well before the standard 3 PM check-in time observed by most hotels worldwide, they welcomed us and made sure we were accommodated without delay. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, with excellent service and a warm atmosphere. Even with the minor issue, our overall experience was wonderful, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Five stars from us!

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere, location, and service were all exceptional. Coming all the way from Saudi Arabia, we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is spotless and clearly prioritizes cleanliness and hygiene. A very special thanks to Olga at the front desk—she went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable.
