Just had a 5 night stay at the hotel and couldn't find any faults. From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, for us nothing was too much trouble. The girls in the dining room were incredible, very very busy but did everything very efficiently. Will definitely be back when it's a bit cooler to enjoy some of the walks along the beach close buy.
just come back on Saturday 14th of June. this is the second time we have been to the hotel since last September. the hotel is lovely and clean,the food is what you expect of all inclusive, with plenty of choice. the pool doesn't open until 11am,but there is still other sun beds available. people complaining that they don't speak much English need to do their home work before they book. almeria is a typical Spanish resort were the Spanish go for there holidays,so very few people speak English, not just in the hotel,but everywhere in almeria! all the staff work really hard to make your stay as good as possible. shout out to marta,david,and robert who do the bars the owner is always walking around the hotel and is approachable and seems a nice person. on both visits we have had a brilliant time and made many new friends both English and Spanish! and will definitely be coming again.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel,We arrived and our room wasn't ready so we were given tokens for the bar and our cases were put away in a secure room next to reception.when we returned later for our room we were upgraded and it was a lovely room with a sea view 😀, the food was lovely plenty to choose from and I'm a vegetarian,different choices at lunch and evening dinner.The all inclusive was very good plenty to eat all day and drink , the staff were friendly Martha , Tatiana, David , Roberto and many more and not forgetting the Director whom spoke to use regular very nice man , We enjoyed our 7 day stay so much in June that we booked 11 days stay as soon as we got home for September for our 13 year anniversary together, thank you to all and see you soon 😊 Ant Underwood and Jennifer Jenkins
