Just about to leave this hotel after a brilliant 10 days. Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Location of the hotel both to the airport and beach is great, all facilities at the hotel have been great too. Clean room, lovely food, staff have been amazing. Our kids can't wait to come back. Splash park and water slides were an added bonus. Although I can see how for older kids they wouldn't be particularly exciting. Only minor downside is the sun loungers. I did end up getting our early on a few days in order to get some. Other days we walked down to the amazing beach which was totally fine by us. Drinks prices are reasonable and lots of choice. Adriana especially was amazing with our kids who loved spending time with her in the kids club.
Hotel good for people with kids, not so good for people without. Often hear everything from next door as walls are thin. Food is good but not if you're a picky eater as I didn't have many options for dinner. Breakfast options good. Rooms were clean and comfy beds. Good shower. Impossible to get a sun lounger unless you go out very early and place a towel down. Hotel is in good location walking distance to beach and theme parks. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Overall, a solid hotel experience. Pros: The staff are excellent throughout the hotel—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The restaurant serves good-quality food, and the large barbecue/grill area was a standout feature for me. The Animation Team is a real highlight—check out other TripAdvisor reviews to see just how much guests love them. Cons: The biggest downside is the lack of shade. For a hotel of this size, having fewer than 20 umbrellas (I counted) is simply not enough. This leads to the dreaded "8 a.m. Sunbed Dash," and by 8:05 a.m., every umbrella is taken. It’s frustrating and takes away from an otherwise relaxing experience. Recommendation: I’d recommend this hotel for families with young children (under 12), but I’d strongly advise bringing your own umbrella or shade solution to make the most of your time by the pool.
