From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The beds were incredibly comfortable—plush, supportive, and made for the best sleep I’ve had in ages. Waking up each morning to the gentle sound of waves and stepping out onto a balcony overlooking the ocean was nothing short of magical. The sunsets? Breathtaking. Each evening felt like a private show, with the sky melting into brilliant shades of orange, pink, and gold right from our room. The hotel staff deserves a special mention—they were warm, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Whether it was a dining recommendation, arranging transportation, or just offering a friendly smile, their service was impeccable. Everything was spotless. The attention to cleanliness—from the lobby to the rooms—gave a sense of true comfort and care. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with stunning views and five-star hospitality, this is the place.

What a wonderful place to stay while you explore this part of Okinawa! The staff was amazing! They were always cheerful and helpful if you needed anything. As someone who came and went and multiple times throughout the day, I was able to interact with all shifts, and all the shifts had wonderful people working. They have a great crew there who genuinely care! The rooms were simple, but nicely done. The views...breathtaking! The location is close enough to American Village that you can walk there along the seaside walk, but far enough away that you are not amidst the hustle and bustle. If I ever get back to Okinawa I will definitely be staying here!

This is not a resort. There is no room service. Your room will not be cleaned. It is a self service motel. It is a little bit larger than an APA. Floors 9-11 offer a great view. As long as you don't want anything else other than the view stay here. If you are looking for comfort and amenities....like a tub and a phone to call for customer service do not stay here. Watch out for mold.
