My wife and I did an extended stay to a business trip and what a wonderful choice. We will definitely go back. True New Mexico experience with a natural feel to bring you back from the craziness of the busy life. The grounds are well kept, plenty to do on sight for those looking for a little adventure/walk in the rolling hills surrounding this facility. Service is impeccable, and their desire to make certain you have a wonderful experience is more than 5-Star. Food choices are mostly unique to the area and/or with the intent of keeping it natural and organic as much as possible. Did not get the opportunity to experience the Spa, it was booked! That will be on our next trip. The natural spring pools were perfect for relaxing and taking a moment to let go. Thank you Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort.
Ojo Caliente – A Perfectly Relaxing Getaway Ojo Caliente is a great time without any pretense. It’s not highbrow or stuffy, but wonderfully low-key and welcoming. We enjoyed two delicious dinners during our stay, each one relaxed and satisfying. The various mineral baths were refreshing. Our Cliffside room was beautiful, with a private outdoor bath on the back patio that made the experience feel extra special. The massage with Angie was absolutely fantastic—one of the best we’ve had. Everything about our stay was just perfect. We’d come back here again without hesitation. Tip: make a trip to Abuquii (35 minutes away), delightful.
I've been going to Ojo Santa Fe for the past five years. I especially want to recognize Ozzy, the housekeeping manager, who has consistently been professional, helpful, and kind during my stays. Last year, I was given a room that was experiencing flooding, and Ozzy happened to be inside with his staff working to clean up the issue. He was surprised the front desk hadn't informed me and immediately took the initiative to call them to try to arrange a room change. Unfortunately, there were no rooms available until the next day, so I was stuck in a room with a wet carpet that night. Still, I appreciated Ozzy's quick response and effort to make the best of the situation. This year, he remembered me and greeted me with the same warmth and friendliness. Ojo Santa Fe is lucky to have someone like Ozzy on their team.
