Our recent stay at the Okada Manila was truly exceptional, and what stood out most was the absolutely stellar service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was met with genuine warmth, efficiency, and a clear dedication to guest satisfaction. The team here goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. During our stay, we encountered minor issue with my room – a small water leak and some moisture that made the bed and flooring feel a bit damp. However, the hotel staff's response was nothing short of impressive. We reported the problem, and they immediately sprang into action, addressing it with remarkable speed and professionalism. Their prompt attention and effective resolution turned what could have been a significant inconvenience into a testament to their commitment to guest comfort. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a vast and delicious array of options to start the day. The quality of the food was consistently high, and the ambiance was delightful. While the menu remained largely the same throughout our six-day stay, which did get a little repetitive towards the end, the sheer variety and taste of the dishes still made it a very enjoyable experience each morning. Posh and classy. Not too gaudy, but rather upscale ambiance surrounds you when you walk into this place. For a casino, it's rather subdued which is a very good thing in my opinion. You can spend a lovely evening or afternoon there without setting foot in the casino. It's not imposing, and there are enough attractions around to keep the family busy. Food was delicious everywhere we tried. Service attentive and caring. A very pleasant experience.
