Our vacation and stay at the end of August 2024 were a great success. We stayed for a week. A beautiful hotel, superbly located right on the beach, which is important. Free beach loungers are available for all hotel guests. There's a large beach, plus a beachfront area under the trees and with loungers and beanbags. The restaurant is right on the beach. Importantly, the staff is plentiful, all very friendly and helpful. The chef is very dedicated. Breakfast is included from 8:00 to 10:00 AM and dinner from 8:00 to 10:00 PM. The food is excellent, delicious, with plenty of local dishes, and the menu changes and isn't monotonous. Juices, water, tea, and coffee are available for breakfast, while dinner is only water. The restaurant service is excellent. The restaurant is also open all day, but of course, you have to buy something extra. The hotel has Wi-Fi in the beach restaurant and common areas, and it was also available in my room (unfortunately, the Wi-Fi doesn't work in some rooms). A big plus for anyone who needs to log into the European phone network – the beach and restaurant pick up towers from the Greek island of Kos, so you can take advantage of free roaming within the European Union. Of course, there were some concerns before arrival because some reviews were poor, but in my opinion, such reviews are completely unfounded (unless you expect five-star hotel standards for the price of a four-star hotel, which is probably why some of the reviews are so good). The rooms are large and spacious with terraces (2+2). The entire hotel is nestled among trees, so the rooms don't get too hot, and like us, you can sleep without the air conditioning at night. Open windows are enough, which is a big advantage if you don't like sleeping in a closed room with air conditioning. As for the music, there's soft, subdued music on the beach, and there's absolutely no loud discos at night, as mentioned in other reviews. In summary, a great hotel. Of course, there are some minor flaws, but overall, I highly recommend it. We plan to return next year.
The hotel is beautifully situated, with plenty of greenery, peace and quiet. The promenade is full of shops and restaurants. The food is delicious, with a wide selection on the tables, and the staff is very helpful and excellent at their job. The beach is small, but with plenty of sunbeds, there's always a spot. The pool is clean, and the entire facility is well-maintained. The rooms have large balconies, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. They need a bit of renovation, but this doesn't bother us at all. The sea (which is cool, thankfully) and the excellent food make up for it all. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and so on. I'd happily return and recommend this hotel. There are many excursions from Bitez, including to Bodrum and Greece (20 minutes away). The promenade offers many excursion options.
Visited this hotel and I wasn’t a huge fan. The rooms are incredibly old. Although the hotel itself is quite pretty. But some of the staff were quite rude the ones that worked on the beach. Music played WAY too loud all day. We asked them to turn it down a bit because it was impossible to relax. We ended up sitting by another hotels sunbeds because they refused to turn the hideous music down. Food was okay. The beach was beautiful I can’t complain about the location. Wouldn’t recommend staying there to be honest.
