Very friendly staff and clean accommodation. Has a very nice public bath and sauna. I didn’t realize that I messed up my booking and ended up not showing up for one night, but they were very kind and helped me fix it hasslefree. Thank you!
Nicely located walking distance (its a little bit of a walk i will admit) from the train station. The rooms are not large, but pretty standard for what I have seen in Japan. Friendly staff. always try to be helpful. Beautiful views from the castle and river sides of the hotel. very close to Okazaki castle and great for sight seeing. Breakfast was pretty good too.
Bathroom smells of urine. Ac units aren't really clean, you can smell the mold. Mixed smoking/non smoking hotel so the smoke wafts through the building. Location is great!
