Leading up to our stay, the staff were very helpful. The apartment was large but far from luxurious. It was dirty, one of the showers was broken. The man on the front desk was extremely rude. We were not told that observing Chag and shabbat would be difficult. A chip was required to enter the pool area and the only way to contact a representative of the building was by phone. The place needs a serious refurbishment if it is to be sold as a luxury location at the prices they are asking. I am unable to recommend this place to anyone.
They cancelled last minute claiming that the air conditioning was broken leaving us in a dreadful situation which I spent all day trying to fix, and generating extra costs. I am skeptical that this was actually the case. Be very careful in dealing with this place.
