Prime location, near the monorail & the popular shopping street for tourists. Furthermore, the customer service is superb on a daily basis. All the staff are courteous & friendly. Especially thankful to the lady and team on duty on 27th Feb for helping to make a reservation with a photography studio for our family photos in traditional costumes. Good that they always have someone who can speak Japanese, English and Chinese (multi-languages) at the frontdesk to help us overcome the language barrier in Okinawa. We also enjoyed the Takoyaki hand-ons session on Thursday evening & the freeflow delicious noodles at night. Highly recommended 😊👍

Staff and Service - Excellent, also they have free ramen on some nights, and some events on others! i was so sad i missed the ramen night, i thought they were joking. Location - Direct train to airport and to other sights far away (sometimes just 1 transfer), very accessible. Room was good sized, decent and cute. view was excellent thru the giant window. The only con would be maybe, they should have self refilling water stations, bottles we drink the water from were small! 5 stars though!

The hotel is in a great location, close to a metro station and Naha’s main street. Breakfast is fairly varied and even includes bento sushi. The hotel offers a complimentary drink buffet, which includes all alcoholic beverages, available until late in the evening. They also serve free ramen soup at night. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was flawless. However, the hotel should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the pool area. The floor was sticky, covered in hair, and there was even a fake nail left behind next to our lounger. The pool area floor is also dangerously slippery when wet. The hotel should consider having a lifeguard on duty, as I saw several children slip and fall on the wet floor.
