I didn’t take any pictures of this place but the hotel was super clean and nice! We stayed only one night and I wish we could stayed longer to enjoy spa time and everything they have offered. The staff was very respectful and helpful, I really appreciate them. I’d like to stay there again when I visit.

This is a very nice hotel right near Asahibashi station (about a five minute walk). The price for what you receive is awesome. Big room, amenities available at your leisure, nice staff. The breakfast is worth the advanced payment! My only warning is if you have/rent a car, hotel parking is ¥1500 per night (they’ll park it for you lol). Nearby street/lot parking is cheaper.

First of all, I want to say Seo was amazing and made me feel welcome. He helped me with my car reservations. He made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in with his coworker being prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, my check out experience was very unpleasant. I was considering making another booking, but the women at the reception staff that morning were not very welcoming. I wanted to see the spa so to help me decide if I want to return, but they said no. When I tried to speak to the other staff member about making dinner reservations She was doing busy doing paperwork and I had to ask her help after waiting a few minutes. She basically didn’t want to help. When I went back to my room, I got a phone call to say it was time for checkout. I was getting ready to walk out the door five minutes before checkout. If the staff had done what they’re supposed to that morning, everything would have been a different story. If everything had gone smoothly that morning, I would’ve gladly rebooked. The rooms have a dated feel, but everything is well maintained. For those who like to sleep in, it’s nice to have the wood panels to keep the light out. Not a fan of the color of the carpet, but it does help Keep it quiet. The only noise you might hear is if people are talking in the hallway or children running around. Mattresses could’ve been more comfortable, but sufficient for a short stay. They are not very thick. About six minutes from the monorail.
