Rooms are very modern and fresh. The bathroom layout is not well thought through. You have to pass through the shower to reach the toilet. Anyone with a brain could have told the architect of the rooms that this layout is impractical… The breakfast is very good. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of nice choices like salmon, chicken and fantastic smoothies… The staff was very serviceminded. I especially liked that they provide some snacks for free in the dining area. You have a shared office space in the restaurant for co-working. And they have a minimal gym room with a sauna. I have tried 10 different hotel in Grenoble, this is by far my favourite business hotel. I hope my company keeps this agreement. :)

A comfortable hotel in the centre of Grenoble close to a nice park, shopping and business areas. My room design was a bit different to the usual business hotel. This made it less boring but a bit less efficient. Check-in was a bit slow as there was only one person at the (rather small) check in desk. Breakfast was pleasant with nice views of the park next door and the mountains beyond.

The hotel is clean. I took the most expensive room. It was large but not well designed. Still, it was comfortable for the time I was there. It was ~ 7 minutes from the tram I needed. One receptionist was really kind and helpful. The rest were average and did not care much. What causes the low rating is the fact that I got there an hour before the official check in time and was charged 30 euros for early check in. After a cross Atlantic night flight and an hour and 15 minutes bus ride, I was too exhausted to protest, and paid. I think this is not a decent way to make money and not something that encourages a repeat visit. Apparently, to avoid it, you need to book the room directly from them and we booked it through AMEX travel services. Who knew. But it doesn’t change the fact.
