Fine hotel in the centre of Lille. Ideal for visiting this beautiful city. All sights within walking distance. Covered car park is right next door. Hotel is modernly decorated and equipped with all conveniences. The standard room is spacious enough, the bed is very good, nice shower. We had no view, but that didn't spoil the fun. Advice to book directly and not via e.g. Booking.com. That did not go well. It was nicely resolved by Okko's receptionist. A real hotel bar could be an addition. You could have a drink, but I found that a bit inconvenient (ordering from the staff in the general area).

Amazing place to stay. Staff were amazing and helpful and, rooms were amazing. At the beginning we had a few mishaps but the service was so good the fixed them immediately. I can’t wait to rebook and come back again. Unlimited drinks and snacks available and I have a problem with walking far so coming back and hanging out in the club made this holiday worth it. It was quiet and a great location to where everything is which made for easy travel to cafes and restaurants. I wish there was a better view outside of the window especially with such a big window.

Rooms for 1–2 people are quite cramped: the bed is small, and the furniture is undersized and not very practical. The bathroom has an open wooden beam wall facing the bedroom – more design than function – offering almost no visual privacy. The air conditioning was difficult to regulate; we didn’t sleep well due to the heat. Service was fine, but we were both under the impression that ‘happy hour’ included a complimentary cocktail – in reality, it was just a small snack, which felt a bit misleading. On the upside, the location is excellent: very close to the city centre, and the deep underground parking garage (€21/day) is a real plus if you’re travelling by car.
