We had an awesome experience here! The location is awesome — walkable to many parts of Lyon and immediately on the riverside. We had a fourth floor room overlooking the city which provided a great view. The staff was also accommodating and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller size but overall the hotel offers great value. We’d absolutely stay again!
Fantastic stay in this wonderful hotel. Theres nothing more i can say but be v impressed by this hotel. Everything is top. Great location, wonderfully friendly staff and a clear eye for detail from the design of the room to the well stocked pantry. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we checked in and this a great example of how far customer service can bring you. My sincere compliments to the Management and service staff of the hotel, you have a lifelong customer here. A job well done!
Awesome hotel. Air conditioning worked well which was needed with the heat in June. We had a balcony room and it was absolutely stunning. Free snacks and drinks a real bonus. Late check out was great! Bed was super comfortable and the linen was nice. Staff were lovely. Fantastic location. 10/10
