OKKO Hotels Nantes Centre Ville

Second stay at an Okko hotel. This one is in a good location, staff helpful. Gym is small with cardio equipment and free weights. Room has the essentials, no teabags😔. Bed comfy enough, air conditioning is ok. Negative thing would be the shower area, to get to the toilet you need to go through the shower are, not so good when you've had a shower. Breakfast- good choice, cheese and meats, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurts, smoked salmon, crepes.... Loved the fact that there were snacks and drinks available in the lounge area, wee biscuits, cakes and juices. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a good location. You get access to a nice seated area where there are complimentary drinks and snacks with a few gluten free options. The breakfast was extra but decent. Rooms are air-conditioned with comfortable beds, but a strange setup with the bathroom. The toilet cannot be accessed without having to walk through the shower? What genius designed that?!?

As soon as you get off the elevator, you'll smell a strong mildew odor. The inane shower design is why. The water flow is too much for the tiny drain pipe, there's no seal for the door between the shower and toilet area, and the floor isn't sloped properly towards the drain. In 30 seconds of the water running, the whole bathroom will be flooded and it will stay wet until the cleaning service comes the next day. What a horrible design. It's not functional, and it doesn't even look neat, so what's the point? On the bright side, the location is unbeatable, and that's really what you're paying for. The lobby area is also nice, having complimentary coffee, juice, and snacks.
