The Okura Chiba Hotel is conveniently situated near Chiba Station. While the facility itself is a bit older, it is kept clean and well-maintained. During exhibitions at Makuhari Messe, nearby hotels can become quite crowded and noisy. However, the Okura is approximately a 20-minute drive from the venue and offers the added benefit of free parking, making it a solid choice for visitors.
Walking thru the neighborhood we stopped to look in the window. The owner came by and gave us a tour! Beautiful!
good hotel 8 min walk to chibaminato station and monorail (both only one stop away from chiba). hotel is an upscale hotel, food is average staff is lovely. recommended.
