Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Good deals can be found, if you look. I got a free upgrade to a nicer king room, which is always a plus. Room had a pay mini-bar in it, but cheaper everything can be found at the Lawson across the street. Definitely worth coming back to again. Also offers bag storage if you need to check out and head to a meeting, but don't feel like carrying your bag with you.
The Hotel Okura was great. We walked in carting 4 bags with snowboard gear. 6 people came right away to take our baggage and help us out. Check in was a breeze and we were shown to our room by the Bellman. The room was great! Nice and spacious full king size bed and a full sized bathroom. We were also treated to a delicious welcome drink in the lobby bar. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I wish the service standards in Canada were this high.
Exceptional staff, it's literally 5 star hospitality. The hotel is dated though and it feels a bit 1960s. The bed is rock hard and the shower isn't very good. My AC does not work at all.
