Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara

Olare Mara Kempinski was definitely above all my expectations. The vibe here is luxury mixed with the safari environment . Everyone is extremely helpful and nice and just wanted to make the trip better. We didn’t have to worry about anything the whole trip. All activities are plan, food is prepared, laundry is cleaned daily. We loved everything about the stay. Thanks to all the staff for making our experience great. The biggest thank you of all to ERIC our guide and the person who took us on all our game drives. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the experience unforgettable. We definitely hope to be back!

Hands down one of the best experiences ever. Olare Mara Kempinski made our stay and safari in Masai Mara absolutely unforgettable. Amazing and attentive staff, and an awesome and knowledgeable safari guide in Erick made our trip top tier. I highly recommend this place for your next safari adventure. Terrible experience. Booked to stay at the Kempinski for 2 nights only to be told by the driver at the gate that they have us only for 1 night ! Showed them the email confirmation I received but was told that due to system issues, they accidentally double booked ! Not great that we had try and find a last min lodge stuck in the middle of nowhere ! Absolutely spoiled my overall vacation. Please think twice before booking here, it’s totally not the amazing African hospitality everyone raves about ! Plenty of good lodges around which care about you as opposed to making silly excuses inconveniencing travellers and spoiling vacation plans !
