Old City Boutique Hotel

It was lovely a wonderful place! Very invested with an emphasis on the small details. Close to all the attractions, Kotel, Bich Ha Horva, Mamilla and more. Everything you need to sit was there. We felt like in Europe! We will recommend to friends (it has already passed to three or four friends) and we will return for a second double sit-down. Thank you very much!

We booked 3 nights (from July 17 to 20, 2023) in this supposedly 5-star hotel. We also pay in advance. We informed them that our flight would arrive in Tel Aviv at 21:20 on the 17th and that we would arrive at the hotel around 23:00 with a taxi. Their response is that we cannot check in at this time. Oh really? We travel a lot and we have never come across this surreal situation. This is not typical of a 5-star hotel, not even a lower category hotel. Also, they still haven't refunded our money and we have to find another hotel to stay at.

I would like to be reimbursed for the night spent in this hotel! Very small room, cramped bathroom, you have to contort yourself to go to the toilet or take a shower, problem with opening direction of the door, sink too small, no storage in the room, room located in a cellar and therefore dark and without windows... no breakfast possible but the worst thing is that we had to shower with ice water!!! The receptionist is not compassionate or pleasant, he is super cold, he didn't even say goodbye to us! A shame, this hotel absolutely does not have the services of a 5 star… since yesterday no message of apology from the owner!!!
