Let's get to it!! The front desk was very patient and kind. They have parking on the property for $45 a day and they don't inform you that parking is across the street for $10 a day with in and out permission. Our room was on the 3rd floor, but you have to go up to 3 then take a small flight of stairs down to actually be on the 3rd floor. So we couldn't use a baggage carrier. The rooms were very nice. More than what we expected. No microwave, but a mini refrigerator. The pool was nice and clean. The water was just too cold. The bar area was not jumping nor was the restaurant. The Sky tower was right next to the hotel. We had dinner there. All you can eat on level 2 and dress up for level 3. Walking distance to fun activities for the whole family.

The staff were friendly, and both the room and bathroom were clean. However, the carpets are in need of replacement. The room layout was great, and we appreciated having two vanity sinks. One downside was that the patio door was screwed shut, which raised some fire and safety concerns. The indoor pool was unfortunately freezing cold so we only lasted a few minutes in it. The location was excellent, just a short walk from a scenic trail that leads to the falls. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the 1904 Bar patio area, especially the games like cornhole and giant Connect4, which the kids loved. However, the bar menu was overpriced. We ordered two cocktails and a small artichoke dip, and the bill came to roughly $85 CAD. One of the cocktails the bartender noted they couldn’t control the spice level because it was premixed Caesar. We opted not to have breakfast at the Flour Mill restaurant, as the menu was quite expensive. Based on our bar experience, we assumed the portion sizes wouldn’t justify the price.

This place charges 45 dollars for parking and no where do they say that on their website. The pool is so strong of chlorine it smells everywhere. I was afraid to get in the water i didn't want to burn my skin. The front desk was friendly. The rooms were really small, but decorated nice. House keeping was really nice. And the location was good. Parking across the road to the right is 5 dollars all night. Wish we had done that. There's no fan in the bathroom so it gets really steamy and if you go to the bathroom good luck.. Wouldn't come here again
