The location of the hotel is definitely its best feature — it’s close to everything. Since Antalya is quite flat, you can easily walk to many places, and even if you take an Uber to tourist spots, it won’t cost much thanks to the central location. The rooms were clean and overall everything was good. The staff weren’t the friendliest, but it was still fine. There was an open buffet for breakfast; I didn’t try it myself, but my friends said it was good. There’s a 24/7 supermarket and a currency exchange nearby, which is super convenient. You can even reach the hotel from the airport by bus or tram, so getting there is pretty easy.
Honest review of Old Town Point Hotel, Antalya Just got back about 2 weeks ago stayed here with my friend and my daughter! The breakfast was a big let‑down for me. It’s buffet style but very limited — mainly cold hard‑boiled eggs, different cheeses, hard bread, and random things like chips and even soup. One day there were loads of salads (not exactly breakfast food for me!), and another day there were omelettes, but when I asked for an omelette on a different day they just said no. It felt very hit‑and‑miss, and to top it off the breakfast room was often full, especially around 9 am, so sometimes there wasn’t even a table. I ended up eating out for breakfast most days. The pool was okay but honestly looked like it was in a prison yard — definitely not the nicest place to relax. On two occasions there was also a really strong smell of sewage around the pool area, which was horrible. On the plus side, the staff were lovely. One of the guys even went out of his way to heat up my baby’s milk and provide some extra milk for us, which I really appreciated. The people in the nearby shops were also super friendly and helpful, so that made the location feel welcoming. One negative experience I should mention — I had an issue with a local taxi company who were rude and abusive. When I asked the hotel for help, they said it wasn’t their business and didn’t get involved, which was disappointing. Overall, the staff were great and the location was decent, rooms were cleaned daily and stocked up with water and fresh towels, but the breakfast was poor, the pool wasn’t inviting, and there were a few unpleasant moments. But I would stay again if I was to come back.
We had booked apartment for 3 days this week. Though rooms are good and have lift service, apartment doesn't have direct lift access. Need to go through stairs from the nearest floor from lift as 2 buildings are inter connected. And we need to carry luggage ourselves through stairs. They don't provide service to carry luggage to rooms. Breakfast was below average. One receptionist in the night was bit helpful to provide milk for kids.
