Delightful apartment guesthouse. My wife and I spent a weekend in Nuremberg in a very tastefully renovated, modern style and very nicely furnished apartment in a historic building. Thanks to the central location in the middle of the old town, all sights are within walking distance. Completely “contactless” check-in online and access to the house and apartment via an app. Optimal communication with the reception, which is located in the hotel “dasPaul”, which is “around the corner”. Apartment 0101 has two large bedrooms, a kitchenette in between and a small, elegant bathroom. Very good lighting concept, lots of windows, very comfortable beds and "fully equipped" gave us a very nice stay. We can highly recommend this guesthouse

Die Zimmerausstattung ist den Preis gerade noch gerechtfertigt. Falls man alle Augen zudrückt, stören ein die ganzen baulichen Mängel auch nicht so. Papierrollenhalter dreht sich, sodass die Rolle mehr auf dem Boden als im Halter liegt. WC-Bürste ist abgerissen, und tropft alles voll. An der Dusche fehlen zwei Glasdichtungen, dadurch steht das Badezimmer immer Unterwasser, egal wie man es macht. Im Treppenhaus leuchtet 24h das Licht, Fenster zum Treppenhaus nicht Verdunckelbar. Keine Mückengitter, Fenster lassen sich nicht komplett öffnen. Maler und Fliesenleger haben scheinbar immer nach Feierabend gearbeitet. Das Frühstück mitzubuchen, hat sich eher wenig gelohnt. Die Karte ist quasi alternativlos, mit Fleisch, Käse und Ei überfüllt. Überfüllt ist in dem Kontext auch so zu verstehen. Alles in allem gebe ich eigentlich nur wieder, was die Gäste von 2022 in Google und Booking schon geschrieben haben. Wieso für die Preisforderungen dann nicht mal auf die Kommentare und Wünsche gehört wird, verstehe ich nicht.

Communication only possible via telephone/email/Whatsapp. That would be fine, but then you have to answer. Anyone who reads WhatsApp questions but never answers them has not understood the service idea.
