Hotel is situated in an excellent location, rooms were clean, water didn't get hot so showers were cold, we were not informed that the items from the mini bar were charged for. Great views from the roof.
Good, but for kilis city it is very expensive, its prices cannot be more expensive than the luxury tourist hotels in Istanbul
In our bed we find hairs of someone else. They didn t change bedsheets. The receptionists have stolen things from our bags. Absolutely not acceptable.
