I had a truly wonderful stay, and a big part of that experience was thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and professional. Special thanks to the housekeeping and restaurant teams for their consistent hospitality. Their warmth and dedication really added a personal touch to my trip. Highly appreciate the effort put in by the entire team – keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience. Was there for a few pints and lunch. Beers and lagers were good and different and so was the food and deserts. Right from the parking which is ample and spacious to food and drinks everything was how it should be when you are paying a premium. The attention given by the service team for checking if a customer needs anything has a scope to improve, but this is the case in most of the places where they are seen talking more between themselves rather than to the customers. I did not stay there.

We had a lovely stay at this fantastic property that exudes a very positive and refreshing vibe. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, truly reflective of a premium experience. However, while I’ve rated the resort highly overall, I do feel there are a couple of areas where there’s room for improvement. The customer service, in particular, could be better. While some of the staff were courteous, a few interactions fell short of expectations, especially for a place positioning itself as a luxury destination. Warmth and attentiveness go a long way in shaping guest experiences, and I believe this is one aspect that needs more focus. The breakfast spread was excellent, fresh, varied, and satisfying. Unfortunately, lunch and dinner didn’t quite match up. Some dishes in the buffet were served cold, and the chicken preparations lacked proper marination, which impacted the overall dining experience. All in all, it’s a beautiful property with a lot of potential. With some attention to guest engagement and consistency in food quality, it can truly become an exceptional getaway.
