Lovely stay on what I would call an urban farm. Great place to experience Tuscany in a relaxed green area, close to Lucca, caves, beach, Carrara marble quarries and the mountains. Or chose to just relax on the grounds of the property.

Location is very good, the region generally is amazing, beautiful. I have to give the property one star because the owner was so confrontational, deceptive, and just simply not a customer oriented person who made our interaction with her so disappointing. We were a biking group with super well-organized leaders. Leslie retreaded agreement terms, added additional costs , and from the first moment I met her, complained about our organizers. Unprofessional. All other venues we experienced throughout Italy were excellent.

Great property, great location, terrible management. No trace of hospitality left in this place, the manager/owner seems hellbent on making your stay miserable. Gotta give it credit for the beautiful location and views, it has the potential to be a great agri turismo. Don’t bother visiting, there are many other bad places where you could have a much better experience.
