Nice traditional hotel in a good location near the castle. Breakfast was good and frequently replenished. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again. The walk up from the main town area is quite steep though so be prepared!
A very comfortable with a generous outdoor space. In the heart of historic Alfama, Bright, very clean, with very good bed linens and a cheery helpful staff. A very nice buffet breakfast.
Rooms were spacious. We had a lovely balcony area too. It's not a proper twin as the beds are very close together. Clean and comfortable. The iron is a highly sought after item so be warned or take your own! Breakfast is basic but decent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to the castle and everything is downwards so you can just get a taxi back up at the end of the day. But there is also a very convenient lift that takes you down to the centre of town about a 5 minute walk to the left of the hotel exit as you walk out.
