I highly recommend this hotel – the food was excellent and offered great variety, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I would also like to praise the bartenders for their great service, especially Anja, who took care of us with a warm and friendly attitude throughout our entire stay.
If you're expecting a true all-inclusive experience, this may look like a great deal at first glance — but unfortunately, it falls short in several key areas. First, the booking page and the hotel’s official website are outdated and misleading. Many of the amenities listed simply don’t exist or are inaccurately described. No ice cream anywhere on the property, despite it being advertised. Not a huge issue on its own, but it reflects the larger problem of misleading information. Parking fees are outdated, and even if you pay, a spot isn’t guaranteed. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us or assist with parking, one of the staff, which I later found out was some sort of manager, even turned me away, saying garage was full (it wasn't) Staff morale seemed very low. Many appeared disengaged or unhappy, which made interactions uncomfortable. Basic requests were often met with indifference or even rudeness. You could order a drink, and without any word or smile, you would be handed a drink in a plastic cup. No room service, even though it’s advertised online. There weren’t even phones in the rooms. When we tried calling the reception using numbers listed on the website, no one picked up — and at one point, our call was declined. The beach is not included in the all-inclusive package. You’ll pay an extra €14 per day for access, and surprisingly, there are no drinks or snacks offered at the beach — nor are you allowed to bring any from the hotel. Only a couple of staff members were friendly and tried to help, but they were the exception rather than the norm. All in all, the experience didn’t align with what was promised. I’m sharing this to help others set realistic expectations — or explore other options that offer better value and service.
It is not 4 stars. It is minus 4 stars. Light in bathroom was not working. Was waiting 2 days to fix it and had to ask for it two times. Cleaning staff do not know how to clean. I have to talk to receptionist and ask for cleaning the room. Fortunately tomorrow is the last day in here. Does not cost its price. Beach is too small. Whole beach is crowded with umbrellas I have to pay for. Stupid policy. Beautiful outside, but terrible inside.
