The room was cozy and neat with all amenities provided. There’s a coffee cafe at the ground floor with nice seating and a big screen. There’s only downside of the hotel is the location. There’s not much to eat around.
This is my spot in tabul good location good rooms and very good breakfast the best place to be in tabuk
Very poor room services… - I have requested for Room cleaning and from the morning to until now (09:30 PM) it isn’t done. -Not attending the phone calls for reception and room services. -Literally I’m fed up with the service. This hotel team has ruined my whole day and whole trip. - And comparatively the rates are very high. - I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ELSE AND I WILL NOT EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL…. Still I’m here in the hotel with family, very very very bad service.
