Just returned from a 7 night stay at the Elea apartments. Suited us down to the ground, lovely and clean, spacious apartment with plenty of amenities. The location is perfect being only a 5 minute walk from both the nearest beach and supermarkets. The pool area is lovely as you are surrounded by banana palms and shade is provided by olive trees. Will definitely stay here again on our return.
Stayed in Elea in October, this was my second visit and cannot recommend the apartments enough. They have everything you need, are 5 minutes walk from 2 supermarkets and really close to several beautiful beaches. We will hopefully be back in the not too distant future.
Stayed for one week, overall is OK experience if you don’t expect a lot. Nice relaxing garden with nice big swimming pool and pleasant to rest around in the sun-beds. The apartments are pretty basic but will do fine if you’re alone or as couple, with children i don’t recommend, unless they have better options for families. Basic furniture, AC only in bedroom and is noisy, kitchen utensils ok, I would suggest them to update the stove, they use really old ones and takes AGES to heat up and not great frying, so not ideal if you plan on cooking full meals for kids and family. Staff are friendly. Lots of cute cats around so be mindful if you are allergic. Easy access to nice beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Annoying neighbours dog barking a lot. Also the swimming pool closes at 7pm, which in summer is ridiculous as its so hot until then, so you kinda gotta chose if its beach day/half day or swimming pool day, plus bar also closes at 7pm, so you left with nothing to do after that hour there, during the day bar is open but expensive booze and low food options. But maybe its their plan to keep or quiet after evening and avoid crowd at bar during day, so its just not for everyone. So overall is fine, could be better for the price, but fine, recommend if u want quiet and have low needs and expectations. I would stay again if kitchen stove is better and more flexible rules.
