Olivia Balmes Hotel

We were here for four nights in a suite. This hotel has one of the friendliest and helpful staff I've ever experienced. We were traveling with a newly-minuted four year old, and everyone was kind and helpful to him-- especially Rafa who met us at the door. After just a short visit our son can't stop talking about him. They even left him a little stuffed rabbit. The rest of the team was also helpful, but with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms are spacious, there is netflix on the TV, and the rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful. The gym is also fantastic-- unlike many that have low ceilings and are cramped, this one has a great view, high ceilings, sufficient equipment, and is always stocked with towels and water. The location can't be beat- easily walkable and metro accessible to everything. We were sad to leave.

I recently stayed at Olivia Balmes Barcelona, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The receptionist, especially Pablo, stood out for his exceptional customer service, truly out of the box! The entire staff was incredibly attentive and courteous. The hotel itself was spotless and had a wonderful aroma that added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. My room was modern, elegant, and immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the linens smelled fresh. The shower had great pressure, the shampoos had a lovely scent, and the daily cleaning was perfect. Karina did a great job ensuring everything was spotless, just like the first day I entered the room. The breakfast was also amazing, with options including gluten-free bread, which was fantastic. It’s definitely worth having breakfast at the hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations, and I'll be back for sure🩷

We just completed a 5-day stay here and enjoyed all aspects of this hotel. Service was outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful. The suite we had was perfect for me and my daughter to share. We enjoyed the rooftop pool - perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. We also loved the neighborhood and were able to walk to everything we needed.
